Baxter is a super sweet little guy who grew up as an outdoor dog. He is a nervous little guy. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body, very submissive to both people and other dogs. He finds places to hide, goes under this fosters bed, in the closet, little cubbies. He loves to snuggle and feels comfortable when he's snuggling. Outside he will explore a little and follow his fosters siblings, but will hide if there's a loud sounds or strangers are in the yard. We love this guy so much. With time, love and patience he will learn to trust humans.
